I ride you

I ride you

like the tide coming in on a full moon.
Your waves crash around me, your body consumes.

I have drowned in your waters a thousand times, you look confused when I am coughing up blood.

I have chipped away at your heart for seven years at least.

Still the silence will not break.

I will watch you walk into the sun but do not forget, I am the flame
